Adjunct Services and Development Review
Land Design Innovations, Inc. provides adjunct services in which we function as an extension of staff for jurisdictions, including cities, counties and agencies. LDI offers a competitive advantage in providing adjunct services given that we are a multi-discipline firm with a broad spectrum of development services, including planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering and GIS mapping all under one roof. Adjunct services include development review, preparation of staff reports and presentations, processing small- and large-scale comprehensive plan amendments through the state, facilitating community workshops to garner support for projects, due diligence, site plan review, land planning, utilities planning and more.
