Panama City Site Plan
LDI prepared a redevelopment plan for St. Andrews Bay in Panama City to become an extension of the downtown. The site was located at the Chevron Oil Refinery and Lube Mixing Plant, as well as the former Gulf Oil Refinery. The redevelopment plan proposed a waterfront residential development and marina adjacent to St. Andrews Bay, and mixed office and retail complex adjacent to the downtown.

Lockport, Illinois
Chevron hired LDI to prepare design guidelines for a proposed business park in Lockport, Illinois. The regulations are to include site and building design guidelines, as well as design standards for streetscape and common areas.

Eagle Creek of Ocoee
LDI provided professional planning services to assist with processing applications for Land Use Amendment, Rezoning and Joint Planning Area through the City of Ocoee. This originally included the development of a conceptual plan for an amphitheater design. The design included the associated parking facilities, concession areas and designated open space seating areas. Heavy landscaping buffered the use from the existing residential neighborhood to the west while a natural conservation area buffered the property to the east. A trail was developed through the conservation area to provide passive recreational opportunities. A 10-acre pond was incorporated into the design to provide a buffer from an existing eagles nest to the southeast. Class A office space was proposed surrounding an open space field. Town homes were located in the commercial core and a fire station was located south of the commerce area.
