Economic Redevelopment Plan/North Ridge CRA Master Plan/Community Redevelopment Agency special projects

LDI has been retained to provide economic development, redevelopment and special services for the Executive Director of the North Ridge CRA. Current services include evaluation of natural systems, transportation and infrastructure, parks and trail systems, and planned developments. LDI is responsible for prioritizing roadway improvements and the infrastructure improvement schedule within the CRA boundaries, as well as preparing economic development incentive packages and proposals.
